Why Mise exists
It started with a simple frustration: every evening, the same question. "What's for dinner?" The fridge is full, the cupboard is stocked, but the inspiration is gone. Sound familiar? We believed it could be different. Not with yet another recipe app full of dishes you'll never make. But with something smart. Something that knows what you have at home and helps you turn it into something delicious. That's how Mise was born.

In professional kitchens, "mise en place" is sacred: set everything up before you start cooking. Your ingredients, your tools, your plan. Where we're headed
Mise is still young, but our ambition is big. We want to become the go-to kitchen assistant for home cooks in the Netherlands and Belgium.
